When is my direct deposit available?
Direct deposits are guaranteed for the first day of the month. When the first falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, availability may be the following business day depending on the financial institution.
Will I receive a COLA?
COLAs are not guaranteed unless a self-funded COLA was selected at retirement. A system-funded COLA depends on statutory and funding requirements and Board action.
